Shipping and Delivery Policy

Our goal is to make the experience of receiving your new Electric Bike or Scooter from as easy as the shopping experience itself. Should you not find the answer to your question in the information listed below, please don’t hesitate to contact us.  The Manufacturer will select the best way to ship your Electric Bike or Scooter depending upon its weight and size.  Shippers of our products include DHL Ground, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, United States Postal Service and Truck freight. We do not ship to P.O. Box Addresses.

 US Shipping rates

The shipping rates posted for our Electric Bikes and Scooters reflect the cost of shipping that item within the continental U.S.  Our shipping costs are based upon a STANDARD SHIPPING FLAT RATE OF $99 PER BICYCLE and SCOOTER, you will know in advance exactly what the shipping cost will be for your order. All prices are plus shipping and handling charge unless indicated by Prices and Manufacturers specifications subject to change at any time.  We only ship to the Contiguous 48 States.  We do not ship international orders, APO/FPO military addresses or P.O. Box numbers.

 Delivery time

The delivery date of your order will vary by product and shipping method. Delivery of most products within the continental U.S. will occur within 5-10 business days of the shipment date. Truck shipments usually take up to 7-15 business days plus the time it takes to prep and pack the item. Unless guaranteed by the carrier, the transit time for your order serves only as an estimate.

 Truck freight Commercial Carrier Shipments for Oversized Items:

Our basic service includes delivery to the curbside or the first-floor entrance of your home. The carrier will contact you 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to sign for delivery of these shipments. Please note that in some instances, the recipient will be required to remove the shipment from the vehicle.  A lift-gate is available for $90 extra and needs to be requested at the time of purchase.

 Tracking your shipment

Tracking numbers and instructions on tracking your shipment will be included in the tracking email when available. The moment that you are charged for your order you will receive an automated email with a receipt of the purchase detailing the total cost (shipping and handling included), the expected date of delivery, and an order tracking number. This information will not be available until you have been charged. Sometimes order tracking information may not be available until shortly after the item has been shipped.  Make sure you use a valid email address and phone number when you check out; otherwise we have no way to send you a receipt and tracking number, or get a hold of you for any other reason.

 Shipping Damage

Once in a while packages get damaged in shipping, especially during the Christmas season when the shipping companies are busy. Please inspect your product package carefully and inspect it for any damage.  If damaged you will need to file a damage claim with the shipping company, they are at fault and will reimburse you for the damages.

 Return Policy

We do not except any returns on products or parts. All sales are final. We ask that you make sure when you place your order, you educate yourself on the products and what you are ordering is your absolute and final decision.  State Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated and collected in connection with items ordered and shipped to an address in the State of California at the rate of 7.75% from Currie Technologies warehouse in southern California.  If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, and other service charges.

PayPal
Paypal is a very secure source with their Merchant Protection Plan for making your payments and accepts all major credit cards. 

Refunds to Paypal will go back to the email address that made the payment to us. We advise you to create an account with Paypal first and pay using an email address that is tied into that account. We cannot accept PayPal from outside of the USA.
