Who We Are

Electric Bikes Scooters is an Australian, online-only business focused on electric scooters, e-bikes, and e-dirt bikes.

We want to be upfront from the beginning: we’re a fairly new business, and we operate entirely online. We know that can sometimes raise questions. An online-only store can feel like a group hiding behind a website — and honestly, that’s a fair concern.

The reality is much simpler.
We’re a small team starting out, building this step by step, and trying to do things the right way.

Why We’re Online Only (For Now)

At this stage, we don’t have a physical showroom. Being online-only allows us to get started without cutting corners — working with established suppliers, learning the industry properly, and focusing on clear communication and customer support.

We don’t pretend to be bigger than we are. We’re not a huge company with warehouses all over the country. We’re a small operation using an online platform to grow responsibly.

Every product we list and every brand we work with is chosen carefully. Our focus is on accuracy, transparency, and long-term trust — not fast sales.

How We Operate

We believe trust comes from honesty, so here’s how things work:

We don’t hold physical stock ourselves. When you place an order, your product is supplied and shipped directly from our partner warehouses. This helps us offer a wider range of electric scooters, e-bikes, and e-dirt bikes, while keeping our overheads low and our communication clear.

Because of this:

• delivery times can vary

• some products may be on backorder

• shipping and warranties are handled through our partners

We’ll always aim to communicate clearly if there are delays or changes. We’d rather be upfront than make promises we can’t keep.

Small Team, Big Ambitions

Electric Bikes Scooters is currently run by a small team — but we have big ambitions.

Our goal is to keep expanding the range of products we offer by working with more trusted brands and suppliers over time. We want to grow into a platform that customers feel confident buying from and recommending to others.

Looking ahead, we’d also love to expand beyond being online-only and move into physical locations where customers can see and experience electric scooters, e-bikes, and e-dirt bikes in person. We know that takes time, experience, and trust — and we’re committed to earning all three.
