At Electric Bikes Scooters, all orders are placed online and fulfilled directly from our supplier and manufacturer warehouses. This allows us to offer a wide range of electric bikes and scooters without holding physical stock.
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we verify product availability with the supplier.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
You will be notified if any additional information is required to complete your order.
Orders are shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the product, warehouse location, courier, and destination.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed separately, depending on the product and destination.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Some products may be listed as backordered or available for pre-order in the item description.
Backordered items are not currently in stock and will be dispatched once new stock arrives at the supplier’s warehouse.
Estimated restock and dispatch dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to supplier delays, manufacturing schedules, or freight disruptions.
By placing an order for a backordered item, you acknowledge and accept that delivery will take longer than standard timeframes.
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you with an update and discuss available options.
