Electric Bikes Scooters

At Electric Bikes Scooters, we aim to provide high-quality electric bikes and scooters and a smooth online shopping experience. This policy outlines our approach to returns, refunds, and warranties in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our products and our direct-from-supplier fulfilment model, we do not accept returns for change of mind, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect selection

  • No longer required

  • Found a better price elsewhere

Please ensure you review product descriptions, specifications, and suitability carefully before placing an order.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is faulty on arrival

  • Is significantly different from the description

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the fault or damage

We will work with the manufacturer or supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Warranty

All electric bikes and scooters sold by Electric Bikes Scooters come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms, coverage, and processes vary by brand and are handled in accordance with the supplier’s policies.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper assembly

  • Modifications or unauthorised repairs


Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved due to a fault or error, return shipping instructions will be provided.

  • In some cases, troubleshooting, replacement parts, or repairs may be offered instead of a full return.

  • Shipping costs are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the issue and supplier policy.


Refunds

Once a return or claim is approved and processed:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and supplier

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched from the supplier’s warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible.
